Shipping Policy
If your parcel is showing as delivered we are unable to issue refunds until an investigation with Royal Mail has taken place. We are unable to issue any refunds for late parcels until 10 working days have passed.
If you change your mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

Edible products are not eligible for return.
Refunds are typically processed by your card-issuing bank within 2-5 working days after we initiate the refund.
